Reports Channel of the Code of Ethics
Scope
Any possible irregularity or non-compliance related to bad financial, accounting, commercial or regulatory compliance practices committed by employees or personnel linked to the Organization may be reported.
Communication
The communication will be made via Sten Web page, filling in the form at the bottom of the page that will be sent to Sten Reporting Channel. Reports will be received and processed by the Quality Management department.
Content
The reports received must contain the necessary data to carry out the analysis of the reported facts. Thus, the received communications must meet at least the following requirements:
•Name and contact information of the complainant
• In the description field, a clear and detailed statement of the facts.
• Provide, if deemed necessary, documents, files or other information considered relevant for the evaluation and resolution of the report.
